Welcome to Krishaa Foundation. We are a registered non-profit social impact organisation headquartered in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, dedicated to empowering women, children, youth, and communities through our programs - WE (Women Entrepreneurs), RisenYuva, Orbiter, Neer, and Ekah Wellness.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at krishaafoundation.com, as well as any interactions you have with us including making donations, submitting volunteer applications, initiating CSR partnerships, or participating in any of our programs or events.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging with our services in any capacity, you represent and warrant that:

Krishaa Foundation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use our website solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

Donations & Payments

Krishaa Foundation gratefully accepts voluntary donations to support our social programs. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Voluntary nature - All donations made to Krishaa Foundation are entirely voluntary and constitute a gift. Donations do not confer any ownership interest, membership rights, or directorial influence over the Foundation.
• No refunds - Donations are generally non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it will be directed towards our programs and operations. In exceptional circumstances (such as a proven technical error in payment), refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion. Please write to us within 7 days of the transaction at help@krishaafoundation.com.
• Payment security - We use RBI-compliant, SSL-secured payment gateways to process online transactions. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Tax exemption - Krishaa Foundation is registered for 80G tax exemption under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Eligible donors will receive receipts for the purposes of claiming this deduction. We are not responsible for changes to tax regulations that may affect your eligibility.
• Foreign contributions - Donations from outside India are subject to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA). Please contact us before making an international donation to confirm our current registration status and compliance requirements.
• Restricted donations - If you wish to donate towards a specific program or initiative, please mention this at the time of donation. While we endeavour to honour such preferences, Krishaa Foundation retains the right to redirect funds in circumstances where the specified program is no longer operational or has been fulfilled.

Volunteer & Program Participation

We welcome volunteers, interns, and program participants who share our commitment to social impact. Participation in any Krishaa Foundation program or volunteering activity is subject to the following conditions:

• Application accuracy - All information submitted in volunteer or participation applications must be truthful and complete. Providing false information may result in disqualification or termination of your engagement with us.
• Code of conduct - All volunteers and participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program.
• Commitment - Volunteers are encouraged to honour the commitments made at the time of enrolment. If you are unable to fulfil your volunteer obligations, please inform us as early as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements.
• Confidentiality - Participants may be exposed to confidential information about beneficiaries, operations, or internal processes. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party.
• Minors in programs - Participation of individuals under 18 years of age in our programs requires prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian, obtained through our official enrolment processes.
• No employment relationship - Volunteering with Krishaa Foundation does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or agency. Volunteers are not entitled to any remuneration or compensation unless expressly agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, reports, and software - is the exclusive property of Krishaa Foundation or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may:
